Where can I buy an ActiveCare product?
ActiveCare Medical is a manufacturer and cannot sell directly to consumers. Instead, we sell our products through a nationwide network of dealers. If you have trouble finding an ActiveCare dealer near you, a number of online dealers also sell our products.
I am having a problem with my ActiveCare product. How can I get it serviced or repaired?
Most ActiveCare dealers are capable of providing service, should your mobility scooter or power wheelchair need it. Contact the dealer you purchased the product from first for assistance.
Where can I find information about an ActiveCare product?
Just click on the Products page of this website and find the category of the product you’re interested in. Each category will lead to a list of all the products within that category. Just click the one you want to learn about.
I need an Owner’s Manual or Quick Start Guide for my product.
These documents are available for download either on the Consumer Support Page or on the individual product’s webpage.
How can I register my product’s warranty?
To register your ActiveCare product, complete and submit the form found on the inside back cover of your product’s owners manual, or download, print and submit the form found here.
I just received a Spitfire scooter. I charged it, as recommended, but the scooter does not power on. Can you help?
Spitfire scooters are shipped with small black rubber caps placed over the battery contacts to prevent discharge of the battery during shipping. These caps must be removed before the batteries can be charged. For a full description of this procedure, see the Spitfire Quick Start Guide.
If your scooter still does not operate after removing the caps, please contact your Authorized ActiveCare dealer.
Lights on my product’s controller/control panel are flashing? What do they mean?
ActiveCare products have diagnostic lights that flash a sequence to assist in determining the cause of a fault in the mobility scooter or power wheelchair. Your Owner’s Manual has a chart to explain what each sequence of lights means.
This information can be helpful when speaking to your Authorized ActiveCare dealer about the fault and determining what service may be necessary.
The answer to my question isn't on this page. What do I do?
